Watch the Show

Date and Time September 23rd       3:00 PM ET

I'm honoured to speak with Mark and Chris just before the exciting release of their new book on September 28th, 2021.

Good Comes First: How Today's Leaders Create an Uncompromising Company Culture That Doesn't Suck

The book is a labour of deep passion about the workforce. It's a joint effort by two amazing guys!

Mark S. Babbitt is President of WorqIQ, a community and change management consultancy that helps organizations understand leadership’s impact on culture and the company's collective level of Workplace Intelligence (WQ).

Mark is also CEO and Founder of YouTern. This career-focused community enables college students, recent graduates, and young professionals to find their first or next internship or job with the right organizational culture for them.

Mark co-authored the best-seller A World Gone Social: How Companies Must Adapt to Survive. Followers can also find Mark’s written words in Entrepreneur, Inc., Forbes, Harvard Business Review and many other publications. An in-demand speaker, Mark was named one of Inc. Magazines' Top 100 Leadership Speakers.

Mark is the father of five and grandfather of five more. Other than his work and family, Mark’s passion is the game of baseball, where he has served as a coach and mentor for over 30 years.

Along with his youngest son, the woman who barely tolerates him, and the family’s two Labrador retriever rescue dogs, Mark makes the mountains of Colorado his home.
